Teaching &
Consulting
With over 25 years of direct professional experience, I have decided to expand my activities into education.
I currently hold the Chair of Sound Design for the Master’s program at the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome, and I also teach the Introduction to Audio Post-Production course at Fonderie Sonore, a private professional school in Rome.
In addition to these roles, I offer customized one-to-one lessons (available both in-person in Rome and online via Zoom) designed and scheduled according to your specific needs.
Topics I Teach
Sound Design
Creative techniques for original sound creation via synthesis, processing, layering, and field recording. Focus on cinematic sound, texture creation, and audio storytelling.
Audio Post-Production
Core skills for working with audio in film, TV, and media: editing, mixing, dialogue cleanup, and final delivery workflows.
Sample Library Development (Kontakt)
Introduction to creating sample-based instruments: recording, editing, mapping, and basic KSP scripting. Highly useful for composers wanting deeper control over Native Instruments Kontakt.
